The Delray Beach International Tennis Championships, USA- The 8,200 seater Delray Beach Tennis Stadium has hosted a successful ATP World Tour event for more than a decade. In 2010, the event will be featuring tennis legends past and present from the ATP World Tour and ATP Champions Tour.
The BNP Paribas Zurich Open, Zurich, Switzerland- This new and unique event will bring the likes of John McEnroe and Stefan Edberg together with eight of the world’s best junior players in what is set to be an unprecedented celebration of tennis’ past and future champions.
Seguros Bolivar Champions Tour, Bogota, Columbia- The inaugural Bogota Open in March 2010 will be the ATP Champions Tour’s first visit to Columbia. The Pueblo Viejo Country Club’s 5000 seater stadium has already hosted some of the world’s top tennis players at the ATP Challenger event in February.
Grand Champions Brazil, Sao Paulo, Brazil- In last two years the Sao Paulo title has been won by players making their ATP Champions Tour debuts. In 2008 it was Pete Sampras and in 2009 Thomas Enqvist lifted the trophy at the Club Hebraica in the heart of the city.
Champions Cup, Barcelona, Spain- Set amid the beautiful Real Club de Tenis Barcelona 1899, this event overlaps with the ATP event, bringing together some of the great players of the past with the best young athletes of the current era, and in a club that has hosted the Barcelona Open for the past 56 years.
The Chengdu Open, Chengdu, China- In 2009 the city of Chengdu in China hosted the first ATP Champions Tour event played in China. John McEnroe, Bjorn Borg and Michael Chang were all part of the world class field. In 2010, tennis legend Pete Sampras will make his long-awaited debut in China at the event.
Vale Do Lobo Grand Champions CGD, Algarve, Portugal- Among players, the Vale Do Lobo Grand Champions CGD is quite possibly the most popular location on the ATP Champions Tour. Set in the exclusive Vale do Lobo holiday resort, life is as fast or slow as they want it to be.
The Optima Open, Knokke-Heist, Belgium- In recent years, Belgium has become a prominent tennis nation, with top players such as Justine Henin, Kim Clijsters and Xavier Malisse. With tennis’ popularity at an all-time high, it's a perfect time to add Belgium to the ATP Champions Tour.
s Tennis Masters, Graz, Austria- Pat Rafter, Michael Stich and Marcelo Rios all feature on the list of past Champions at the Graz-Reininghaus. Staged in the hometown of Thomas Muster, this is one of the ATP Champions Tour’s longest running and most popular events.
Trophee Jean-Luc Lagardere, Paris, France- The Bois de Boulogne, in which the Lagardere Racing club is situated, is one of the most beautiful settings anywhere on the ATP Champions Tour. The club itself is equipped with world-class facilities for tennis and the tournament has an intimate appeal.
AEGON Masters Tennis, London, UK- The season-ending London Masters is one of the jewels in the crown of the ATP Champions Tour. Held at the Royal Albert Hall since the Tour’s inception in 1998, the event is also the ATP Champions tour’s longest-running tournament.
